To better serve the retailers and end-users, DS Vape offers above-average industry-standard Return & Exchange, and Warranty.  However, we strongly encourage retailers to do research on the products before ordering in order to minimize future exchange process.

 

Return and Exchange

  • First order of each store: 30 days exchange only  
  • Future first order of new products: 30 days exchange only 
  • No exchange/return on other products purchased by retailers unless there is an error in the order process or wrong products were sent.
  • Retailers are responsible for shipping incurred on exchanges, DS Vape is responsible for shipping if there is order error.
  • DS Vape is not responsible for any loss or damage to the products during the shipping process.

Return and Exchange Process:

  • Email us a list of the products you want to exchange, a copy of your receipt, and a picture of the product.
  • Retailers are responsible for shipping incurred on exchanges, DS Vape is responsible for shipping if there is order error.

Shipping

DS Vapes partners with UPS, Fedex and Canpar for most orders.  Please note that DS Vape is NOT responsible for any damage or loss of the package once the package is in the hand of the carriers.
