To better serve the retailers and customers, DS Vape covers many aspects of product problems under warranty.  Please take the broken product from the customer, give her/her a new one, and DS Vape will reimburse the product on your next order.

Products that are covered by DS Vape:

Devices:

  • Dead on Arrival
  • 1 year battery and light warranty on Classic and Alpha devices
  • 18 months battery and light warranty on Essential and Infinity devices
  • All products covered by warranty must NOT have any modification, major physical damage or water damage

Pods:

  • Dead on Arrival
  • Leakage in the package
  • Dead core/no puff
  • Missing pod in the package

Warranty Process:

  • Please email us or contact your sales rep for warranties
  • Please provide a picture of the products and describe the issue in the email
  • Products must be shipped to DS Vape or received by sales rep in order to get reimbursement
